Minimum a 2 years of relevant experience needed.

Create concept art for movable environment, props, and characters.

The ability to understand and embellish the greater vision of the art director, while considering the constraints of art style, technical possibilities.

Comfortable receiving or giving critiques.

Provide initial ideas rapidly with rough illustrations and thumbnails.

Be able to take direction, and be prepared to make changes to your work in response to constructive feedback.

Should follow established designs and produce consistent work, drawn on model.

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Ability to present work in a clear and entertaining way
